Never used to train AI models
Your data is never sent to AI providers for training. We use enterprise API tiers from Anthropic and OpenAI that contractually exclude training, plus locally-hosted models for cheaper queries.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
TLS 1.3 everywhere. Database and vector volumes encrypted at rest. Owner sessions signed with rotating secrets. SSO via Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
Role-based access
Read-only staff, designated teachers, and a single owner who approves new knowledge. Nobody sees data they shouldn't, including JCR support staff, who only access on request.
Full audit trail
Every promotion, every edit, every owner approval. Logged with timestamp and actor. Exportable for compliance reviews or internal audits.
You can leave any time
Your knowledge lives in your existing systems (SharePoint, etc.). We only sync from them. Cancel and we delete your indexed copy within 30 days. No lock-in, ever.
