PHASE.01

Planning and preparation

We assessed the existing environment, identified all data that needed to be migrated, and mapped out a structured transition so there were no surprises during the process.

PHASE.02

Secure data migration

Emails and folder structures moved into Outlook, calendars and contacts carried across, and files migrated from Google Drive into OneDrive and SharePoint. Everything was transferred securely, with data integrity maintained throughout.

PHASE.03

Setup and optimisation

User accounts and permissions, shared mailboxes and calendars, and a SharePoint and OneDrive structure configured to match how the business actually operates, with security policies and MFA implemented from day one.

PHASE.04

Training and support

We provided guidance so staff understood how to use Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint effectively, with ongoing support available to resolve questions after the transition.

PHASE.05

Backup and protection

A secure Microsoft 365 backup solution was implemented as part of the migration, so emails, files, and critical business data are protected and recoverable.
